OUR PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF:
- Fire wood for the open fire place – 1 basket per week
- Completely furnished with necessary kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery
- Bed linens and towels – changed weekly
- All taxes and service charges
- Cleaning at the end of your stay – as long as the apartment is left orderly (if not, additional cleaning fees may incur!)
PLEASE NOTE:
- Deposit per person and week EUR 80,-.
- Arrival and departure only on Saturdays – especially during high season over Christmas/New Year and all of February no exceptions can be made, otherwise upon request.
- Upon request, pets are allowed if house trained, but they should not be left unattended in the apartment(s) – nominal fee of EUR 15,- per day. Aggressive dogs such as Rottweilers are NOT allowed!
- Our apartments are comfortably furnished and have a size of approx. 65 m2 – one apartment has a balcony and the 2nd one with terrace.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Prices
Prices are in EUROS.
Deposits: EUR 80,- per person, including children regardless of age
Payment(s) may be made as follows:
- Credit cards – Only VISA or MASTERCARD acceptable. The applicable amount of deposit will be debited when booking is made/received.
- By bank transfer(s) – amount net to Helmut Steger. Our bank: Sparkasse A-6370 Kitzbühel, Tirol, Austria. Swift code/ BIC SPKIAT2K, IBAN # AT882050500100005065
Payment of balance
- If deposit was made by bank transfer(s), the balance is due upon arrival.
- If deposit was paid by VISA or MASTERCARD, the balance shown on confirmation of reservation will be debited from your credit card account two weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
Cancellation fees – per person
A minimum of € 15,- per person is charged for every cancellation regardless of reason. This per person fee is increased as follows for notices received less than 35 days before your scheduled arrival date:
28 – 34 days before: € 30,-
21 – 27 days before: € 60,-
15 – 20 days before: Total deposit is forfeited.
If notice is received less than 15 days before scheduled arrival date, then you are responsible for paying 80 percent of the total amount.
